Section 11.1 Proposals for Amendments
Any member at either executive committee meetings or general member meetings can bring upon proposals for amendments. Section 11.2 Publication and Discussion
Upon hearing a proposed amendment, the Executive Committee must provide written notice of the amendments in the Engineering Building or such notice must be mailed to all members, ten (10) days prior to the date of discussion and voting. Discussion and voting on a proposed amendment can only take place at a general meeting. Section 11.3 Ratification
The bylaws shall be ratified by a two-thirds vote of those members present at a general meeting. Upon passage, an amendment becomes effective as soon as the Institute Headquarters ratifies it
