Section 2.1
At least two meetings prior to the scheduled election day, the President shall appoint three (3) graduating seniors to the Nominating Committee. The members of the nominating committee will be announced at a general meeting, so that members interested in being officers can contact the committee.

Section 2.2
The Nominating Committee will prepare a ballot consisting of at least one (1) member for each office. Permission of the candidates to have their names on the ballot must be obtained.

Section 2.3
At the meeting prior to the scheduled election day, the Nominating Committee will present the ballot. At this meeting, additional nominations will be accepted from the floor and included on the ballot. Individual members may nominate themselves.

Section 2.4
The final ballot shall be publicized for at least three (3) days before the election, using both printed and electronic media.
