Section 5.1 Meetings

The Chapter shall have no fewer than six (6) meetings per year at times and locations specified by the Executive Committee.

Section 5.2 Notification

Notice of all meetings shall be posted throughout the Engineering Building or mailed to all Chapter members at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the meeting. They may be publicized in any other manner the Executive Committee deems necessary.

Section 5.3 Quorum

A quorum will consist of at least one-fourth of the total members on the Chapter's roster. No vote may be taken without a quorum present
