Section 1.1 This organization shall be known as the Northern Illinois University (NIU) Chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Chapter number 941, here-in-after called the "Chapter." The Chapter is a subunit of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), here-in-after called the "Institute."
